PLEASE READ ALL OF THE DELIVERIES AND RETURNS POLICY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO MAKE A CUSTOMER RETURN.

At Tique a Bou we do everything we can to ensure you have a positive online shopping experience. However, if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, Tique a Bou is happy to accept returns or exchanges on the following terms:

The return date is within 7 days of the purchase date
The product is in the original packaging
The product is unused, unwarn and is in totally resellable condition
The invoice, ETR receipt, and all the original paperwork is attached

Please be aware that if the returned product does not comply with these terms it will not be accepted as a customer return, and it will be returned to the sender.

Tique a Bou will arrange for the return delivery free of charge if:

The product was damaged or faulty
The incorrect product was delivered
If however, you are returning the product because you are not satisfied or you have changed your mind the delivery fee will be your responsibility.

Please send the product via your nearest Fargo Courier drop-off point (for drop-off point locations please call 0703 077000 / 020 4930000 / 0728 606461) and address the package to Tique a Bou ® – Lawlor Investments Ltd, Bamburi, Mombasa.

What if the wrong item was delivered to me?

We apologise, please contact the customer service team using the details provided and follow the returns guide above. Please do this within 7 days of your purchase date.

What if the item I was sent is faulty or damaged?

Please contact the customer service team using the details provided within 7 days of your purchase date. We will then make arrangements to have a replacement item sent out to you within 5 working days.

IF THE ITEM BECAME FAULTY AFTER BEING USED THIS IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF TIQUE A BOU.

I’ve changed my mind, what do I do?

If you have changed your mind about a product purchased on Tique a Bou, you can exchange it with another product as long as this is within 7 days of your purchase date. Before receiving your exchange, we must receive the original item and provided it complies with the terms stated above, we will process your request.

I’m returning my product due to it being damaged or faulty, how will I receive my cash refund?

If you have paid for your order via Credit or Debit Card, we will refund the amount to the account originally used to pay for the order.

IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE:

WE WILL ONLY REFUND MONEY TO THE ACCOUNT ORIGINALLY USED TO PAY FOR THE ORDER.

If you paid for your order via mobile payments (m-pesa, Yu Cash, Airtel Money, Coop Money) we will refund the cost of the order to the applicable account.

All customer exchanges and returns are subject to acceptance by Tique a Bou. Tique a Bou reserve the right to decide whether it is appropriate to process a customer return or exchange. By purchasing a product from Tique a Bou you hereby agree to these terms.
