Hey guys! Today’s outfit is quite simple and easy to hack; pair of tights, ruffled top and a pair of  sexy heels. Am in love with the my new Metal Stiletto heels, they are so cute, but really comfy… so comfy in fact that I did a runner in them just make sure it wasn’t a dream of sorts.

Am one of those people who wear heels and after a few strides am in pain (am a flat foot) not in these shoes! My second favorite is my Tote Bag, the colour is to die for. Anyone who knows me knows that I love colour and am one of those people who will buy anything as long as the colour is right and bright. Life is too short to wear dull colour, this is where my bag comes in just to bring some life to my outfit!

Hey guys, its been a while! Lets just say I was holding my breath for the rain. I was on the verge of dying but it’s here and am so excited :-). Everything is so green and lush, and the best part, no more dust!

My outfit is very simple to hack; all you need is a pair of skinny jeans, a scarf (a large one) and a pair of boots. I know your wondering ‘where is the top’? Well the scarf is the top… I learnt this cool trick – how to turn a simple scarf into a water flow top.

All you need to do is fold the scarf in half, take one end and tie it round your neck and take the bottom end and tie it around your waist. Note: it has to be the high waist so that it forms gatherings in the centre that flow to the bottom. Its that easy!

 

 

 

 

The one question that makes me want to punch myself in the face is ‘Why do you work out, your already thin!’ Thank you for the compliment, but going to the gym is not always about loosing weight.

Gyming has loads of benefits and once you start you’ll begin to see results… its totally addictive! I like to combine a mix of exercises that cover both cardio vascular (healthy heart & lungs) & muscle toning/ definition. That means I combine things like the treadmill and cross trainers with lifting weights.

The cardio vascular part of the workout helps to burn fat and improve circulation while the weights help to build some muscle and give great definition and toning. When I say build muscle, if what your thinking it’s like a bodybuilder with muscles popping out everywhere – its nothing like that! Instead it helps give curves and toning in all the right places!

The truth is, everyone I speak to; friends, family, gym partners… or anyone that is a gym bug like me… is that they all say they feel better, healthier, fresher and more energized with a bit more muscle. It increases your metabolism, gives you more energy in the mornings and generally gives me that feel good factor everyday.

I cant recommend it enough… try it for yourself and feel the benefits!
